CABIN RESERVATIONS:

The season for cabin rentals at Windsong Wilderness Retreat runs from June 10 through September 15. Log cabin rental is $425 per night for one to two guests, $450 per night for three to four guests. Lake and Kenai Peninsula Borough Sales Tax of 6% will also be charged. For parties larger than four, a second log cabin with sleeping accommodations is available for $150 per night.  Group size is limited to six guests. You should reserve space as soon as possible to secure the dates most desired. Air transportation can be arranged with a local air charter business. On the flight in and out of Twin Lakes, you will travel through spectacular Lake Clark Pass. There is also a 16-foot boat with a 20 hp outboard, fuel for the boat, propane for cooking and firewood for heating.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

We require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking.  Full payment is due not later than 60 days prior to departure date.  Due to our intimate size & short season, any cancellation affects us significantly.  Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.  In the event that we are unable to replace a canceled booking, the following charges apply:  If cancelled within 90 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.  If canceled within 60 days of arrival than 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.  All refunds will incur a $100 dollar processing fee.
